These terms govern your use of HackDay, its app, and hackdaygolf.com. By using HackDay, you agree to them.
Using HackDay
HackDay is a recreational golf scorecard and club-distance companion. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for the information you enter and for using the app safely, especially when using camera features on or near a course or range.
Accounts and groups
Some features require Sign in with Apple. Keep access to your Apple account secure. You may create or join a group using an invite code. Group names, display names, scores, round summaries, reactions, and messages are visible to the other members of that group, so only share content you are comfortable sharing.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you enter in HackDay. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to operate the app and its group features. Do not post unlawful, abusive, infringing, or misleading content, and do not use HackDay to interfere with other people’s use of the service.
Pro subscriptions
HackDay Pro subscriptions are offered through Apple’s App Store. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial shown by Apple when you purchase control that purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple account settings, and you can restore eligible purchases in the app. Apple handles billing, refunds, and payment disputes under Apple’s terms. We may change available features or offerings with notice where required.
Camera and distance estimates
Shot-tracing and carry-distance features provide estimates, not certified measurements. Conditions, setup, and camera placement affect results. Use your own judgment for play and practice decisions. Use camera features only where it is safe and permitted, keep clear of golfers and play, and never use the app while driving a cart or doing anything that requires your full attention.
Availability and ending access
We work to keep HackDay available and accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, be suspended, or be removed. You may stop using HackDay at any time and may request deletion of account-linked data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or comply with law.
Limits and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, Oak & Finch Interactive is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of HackDay. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as HackDay changes. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. Questions can be sent to support@hackdaygolf.com.
